About Kimberly P. Taylor, Principal and Founder
Kimberly Taylor formed Taylor & Associates, LLC in February 2008 and rebranded the firm as Taylor Marketing Works simultaneously with her expansion into the Austin marketplace in December 2014. Now, with an even greater expanded presence beyond Houston and Austin, we're reaching into areas of the greater Texas Hill Country, including Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Boerne, and San Antonio. Our goal is to help support these local economies by increasing customers for our clients.

Throughout the company’s existence, Kimberly has been busy creating and supporting strong brands and helping clients grow their business. With a passion for B2C marketing, she specializes in strategic marketing and advertising campaigns that grow revenues. Her strong acumen for the written word is evident in her love of copywriting and publishing. In addition, she has a strong background in branding, positioning, and public relations strategies. With over 15 years in radio/TV broadcast, video production, event planning, and trade show management, she brings PR strategies to the table that are top shelf. Her marketing experience spans the financial, healthcare, retail, restaurants, hotels/hospitality, oil & gas, energy, automotive, and legal genres.
Kimberly's career in audio and video broadcast production allowed for involvement in productions for end clients such as Exxon, Six Flags, Duracell Batteries, the National Dairy Board, David McDavid Honda, Gordon's Jewelers, Redstone Golf, Turfgrass USA, Safeway, Academy Sports & Outdoors, AppleTree, The Salvation Army, First Data Corporation, TeleCheck, Ford Motors, Star Furniture, Ninfa's Mexican Restaurants, Gallery Furniture, Houston Ballet, NutriSystem, Splashtown USA, MTV, and more.
In addition, work in industrials and film ADR allowed her to meet and work with the likes of amazing talents such as the original "Penguin," the late Burgess Meredith, Gene Hackman, Lily Tomlin, REO Speedwagon, Mary Lou Retton, Lily Tomlin, C. Thomas Howell, Robert Goulet, the amazingly talented Ray Charles, Houston's own "Mama" Ninfa Laurenzo, Earl "The Pearl" Campbell, Willie Nelson, Kenny Rogers, and the ever-quotable late Yogi Berra.
When Kimberly isn’t writing compelling copy or creating new brands for clients, she’s enjoying time with her husband and daughter, their sweet mini-schnauzer, "Maggie," and sassy yellow female tabby, "Allie cat." So yeah, they have sweet AND sassy at home.

About Kim Parker, VP of Client Services
After marrying Tobin Parker, a local native of Kerrville, Kim settled into the Kerrville community in 1984 and has called the Hill Country home ever since. Not sure what she would do with her advertising degree from the University of Texas in Austin, she discovered a career in selling advertising on cable networks. Throughout her career, Kim has worn many hats including those of copywriter, producer, scriptwriter, actor, and production supervisor. She has created and implemented successful marketing plans that led to a positive impact on her clients' bottom line, and to long-term client relationships.
Most recently, Kim added digital media proposals to traditional advertising plans in order to provide clients with a truly comprehensive approach to their advertising. Kim has developed media plans for clients in Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Boerne, New Braunfels, San Marcos, San Antonio, and Austin.
What Kim likes best about her work is waking up every day to a new customer, a new business, and a new challenge. Throughout her career in media planning, advertising, and media buying, she has developed long-term relationships with her clients based on trust, attention to detail, and success.
